Services include property surveys and independent valuations; site finding; development management; and investment agency.
- The Mallorca Mortgage Business - www.mortgagesinmallorca.com - A property finance and mortgage service dedicated to the needs of residential and commercial property buyers in Mallorca and the wider Balearic Islands; investors and property developers.
- Mallorca Property News - www.mallorcapropertynews.com - An information service dedicated to offering users up to date news, views and opinion on the Mallorca property market.
All five businesses operate fully independently of each other although on occasions they will collaborate where this is in the interests of any particular client. We will however only do so after prior consultation with the client thereby ensuring full transparency at all times.
The Team
At Mallorca Real Estate Search we have put together a team of experienced property professionals specialising in offering property buyers a bespoke property finding service based on our underlying values of integrity, transparency and honesty. From keeping you abreast of market movements; advising on the legal and financial variables underpinning your property acquisition; putting together a comprehensive selection of properties meeting your defined purchase criteria; arranging viewings both of individual properties and areas of the Island where familiarization is needed; negotiating with vendors or their representatives; assisting with the appointment of legal advisors and any other members of the professional team (Surveyors, mortgage brokers etc) we will do all we can to make your Mallorca property buying experience as straightforward and stress free as possible.
Key members of the team include:
- David Novi BA MPhil MRICS – A senior level property professional and Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of commercial and residential investment and development in both the UK and Mallorca
- Joanna Curtis – An experienced Property Finder and Estate Agent both in London and Mallorca.
